Three Towers Flooring is pleased to announce its new service to customers inOttawa looking for quality hardwood flooring and engineered flooring. Ottawa Hardwood Flooring was established in August of 2001 as an importer, manufacturer and distributor of exotic hardwoods from South America andAfrica. Soon after its inception the company branched out into the export of Canadian hardwood species such as cherry, oak, maple and birch, and began exporting rough lumber, and specialty products such as kiln dried flooring blanks, dimensional lumber and tongue and groove flooring.
In 2004, Ottawa Oak flooring developed and marketed a private label flooring program, as a lower priced alternative to the brand name flooring that was available on the market at the time, wholesaling oak, maple and jatoba, to flooring retailers, contractors and builders across Canada and the United States. Many retailers chose to put their own private label on the boxes, while many others preferred their products in plain brown boxes. Considering the three brothers vast experience in the lumber and flooring manufacturing industry, the concept was very simple: kiln dried lumber was purchased in multiple truck load or container volumes to ensure volume pricing, while the company sub-contracted.
